Holiday Dress

     Hello, dear readers! Yes, I'm back after being dormant for how many days. I apologize again for another backlog. Lately, there are things that kept me from my one true love, which is blogging. I have to meet with my friends for consecutive days, do my school requirements and watch the previous episodes of The Vampire Diaries in my laptop, and the list goes on. With my own, tiny and weakly body, I managed to cope up with the tiring things I need to do this Holiday season. Haha.

    So, let's talk about the outfit. I must say that this dress I got from Never Been Kissed is HEAVEN! I love the dress. I love the prints. I love the details. And knowing that this is my first Peplum Dress makes me even adore this! When I first laid my eyes upon this outfit, my jaw dropped (I swear) at its beautiful sight. I cajoled my mom just to buy it and she obliged. She even gave me a smile of approval for my choice of dress. See, my mom and I can be big partners in style.

Since the dress is amazingly striking, I opted for minimal accessories such as my pearl necklace.

Peplum! Love this so much! I decided right away that I'd be using this on Christmas Day. My friends were really raving about my outfit.


PEPLUM! Do I have to mention this word every time I see this? Haha. Insane me.


That black bracelet that I'm wearing was a gift from my friend. She gave it to me during the mass. So thoughtful :)

Call it Pseudo Peplum

    When I found this polo shirt from my Mom's closet, I tried to give it a sweet twist. I told you, my mom has a closet full of fashion finds though she doesn't notice it most of the time. But I really love how she chooses her clothes, she inspects it's quality and even the brand (but not all the time).

   When I think of this outfit, it just gives me a heave of something like an outfit for office work. Haha. Maybe because of the black skirt I'm wearing underneath, or maybe I'm just assuming.

 Can I just say that this polo shirt looks like for men? I thought of wearing a pants for this kind of top, but then something like a flash bulb began to appear above my head. *ting* bright idea. So instead of jeans, why not a black skirt to make a contrast of the checkered colors.

 You can see how a simple belt could make a wondrous job on tricking your eyes. It really looks like a peplum top to me. Haha
