Still Into You

If there's one song that I consistently listen to every day, it will be Paramore's new song, "Still Into You". I love the fact that they revamped their music from edgy rock to modernized pop. This song just really proves how versatile they are when it comes to songwriting and singing.

Was there even a time in your life wherein you thought you can never leave your past, like you're stuck in there, wishing that you could relive those memories because it's sooo hard for you to move on? I was in that same situation, too. I've gone through it and I'm glad I've already loosen up myself and left the dark shadows that kept haunting me. It all takes just one person. Just one incredible person to make you believe that everything has its own hope, it just takes a while for us to realize. It only takes dose of patience to make all of your dreams and prayers turn into reality. I'm glad I met that "person". And I will forever thank God because that "person" had me thinking that life isn't over just because you failed in some relationships and in your career. Sometimes, it's all about timing :)

Give Me Love

Isn't it so fantastic that whenever you shuffle your iPod then hit on instantly one Ed Sheeran song, our hearts immediately set into a romantic mode? I always feel that everytime Ed serenades me with his warm tone and sweet lyrics and melody each night. That's why before I get to bed or sleep, I listen to one of Ed Sheeran's songs so as to sleep with a happy mind and a happy heart :) That's why I'm sharing this song of Ed  entitled "Give Me Love" for your night music cravings. Share your thoughts, too, about it :)

Plaid

Sporting another trend this year! Yay! I gasped as I look into the photos my sister took days ago. I was convincing myself to try the Plaid style these days. Although, it's kinda manly for me (I know you've seen me in my girly outfits before) but I've always loved to try out other things which I don't usually do. It's the trick of getting out of your comfort zone. Right? Right?

Tropical

I know. My take on the "tropical" style trend is veryyyy different. Forgive me for trying but then it feels so right when you have to stand out on a sea full of trendsetters with your own kind of style. When it comes to style, it's always a reminder for all of us to make your own kind of aesthetic. On this, people will remember inch of your style. Because you're the only one who can have that unique style like no one else.

Distractions + Msdressy Winner

Okay before we talk about the outfit, let me announce to the whole world the winner of my previous giveaway. *drum roll please* MS. DIANA SANABRIA FORCADO! Congratulations!!!

Another backlog post. I've been into lots of school work lately. Besides, we're rushing for the accomplishment of two research paper. Juggling both school and blog is a serious and hard process. When you engage into a lot of things, you must be ready for time management and a whole lot of pressure. One can never be a jack-of-all-trades. You sacrifice a lot of time for the things that matter to you most. So my advice, "one step at a time."

Patchwork

I was practically rummaging some clothes in my closet when I spotted a necklace I got from my mother. I have worn this once but I failed at featuring this on my blog. When I wore that necklace to school, my friends were buzzing about how elegant the necklace is. Well, I can't blame them. That has to be one of my most treasured accessories ever! That's why I put this item on a safe place to maintain its quality.

Well after two hours of searching for a dress, I finally found my Grandmother's gift to me. I have never worn this to school so basically, it is my dress' first time to be exposed. Haha. The dress is too short and shows a lot of skin so I wore a skirt underneath. I picked a color which can hideously blend with the color of my dress which is cream. Or dirty white? Whatever. Hehe.

And here's the necklace that I've been talking about! This is so lovely, don't you think?

I love the cuff I got from Tomato. Well, you could order accessories for as low as PhP400 ($9) on their site.  And I wore also my favorite watch from Timex.

Zoom into the details of the dress.

One Tone

Okay so it's really unusual for me to gear up an outfit with just a monochrome color. Just like how I blend a tan color with another lighter shade of it. Seemingly, I would like to give emphasis with my skin complexion. Haha. I never thought I would be saying this but I just keep on typing what I have in my mind. Mind you, people. These thoughts would be random so be prepared to catch up in case I fall out of the topic. :D Okay, I have to stop this.

I knowww. This shorts is waayyyy overused but I love how I could pair this to any kind of outfit! :D

Here's the trick, tuck in the front hem of your top beneath the shorts. Keep on giving surprises to your outfit!
I'm the type of person who finds accessories hard to resist!

My Love for Neon

When it comes to my choice of color, I go for neons. Like, seriously. I began to adore the beauty of neon when I saw Laureen Uy's constant use of big and bright shades of neon on her outfits. That's why whenever I see pieces that are blended with neon, I immediately think of Laureen.

I'm sure you've seen this floral jacket on my first outfit post from way back when. So, to compliment all of it's colors, I chose some colors which can be found on my jacket. Haha. I don't know.
Why do I look so tall here?

Actually the neon top belongs to my Mom. I consider my mom as my ultimate ticket to fashion. She owns some pieces that are on trend even if she doesn't notice it.

Have I confessed my love for spikes? Yes, Spikes! When I saw this neon spike bracelet on an online shoppe I found on Facebook, I immediately texted the owner of the shoppe and inform her I have to buy it as soon as possible. It's really affordable and very worth it! It costs P180!

Don't you just love the details of my shorts? I so love the belt.
My go-to flats. It suits any outfit, right? Besides, blue compliments all colors!
